Well this week it was back to a normal work week for many people for the first time this year and on Logos Hope it was no different.
The kids were back at school and it was very exciting to see Liam sitting reading a "chapter book" with no pictures to himself - Robin Hood and the Golden Arrow.
Heather is facing some challenges with the clinic, trying to sort out both the Logos Hope and Logos 2 clinics.
I have been trying to get my team settled into a more structured way of operating, moving towards a business as usual approach with regular meetings and everyone knowing what is expected of them.
Last week the Leadership Team got off the ship to have a half day together for the first time since July - long overdue. It has been difficult to give intentional leadership over the past couple of months as we seem to have just been driven by events. We certainly hope to do that more going forward.
Lots of excitement ahead this week as we prepare the Logos 2 to sail next weekend and the ships Executive Leadership Team and the Board are having meetings here later this week.
No new photo's this week - will try better for next week, hopefully some of L2 sailing away on the 21st
