Forget yer Lost coin...its the bunnies!

We've been living with old friends from Doulos the last few weeks since arriving in Mosbach. The kids have loved playing with their kids and got on sooo well together they call each other cousins!!We were shown gr8 hospitality and H has learned about a whole new world out there..Tupperware!?Beth is very gifted in the kitchen!

Steve has been busy with work whilst me,Liam and Kara are learning to live in Deutschland. Yesterday we moved into another place for 6 weeks part of the deal is to bunnysit 2 rabbits. I thought i quite liked rabbits until the doorbell just rang dun dun dun... and this German lady says "kaninchen" gesturinig towards the empty cage its now dark here aaaggghhhhhhhhhhhhh. Man i was picturing us being up all nite looking for these 2 wabbits. I just want u 2 picture us no spracken de Deutch but we are running about in the dark through lovely gardens with brushes making kissy noises in an attempt to attract these once cute bunnies!!Well the good news is we both prayed on the move and with the help of a few gut neighbours, and with a few scratches weve learned the word for Rabbit!Phew! We may rename them now...Jonah & Mr Prodigal!!The extent you have to go to to learn a German word and remember it! Kara must have left the cage open at T time when she fed them her T! This is only our 1st full day in this house and we are befriending the neighbours!!

Last Saturday we had a farewell outing to Heidleberg for one of the Logos Hope Team. She had been working on the Logos Hope project from the beginning and is now moving on. We took the train and then took the Riverboat to Heidleberg, it was good to spend the day with the some folk we'll eventually be onboard with. What a bonnie city it is, even if they cani cook indian food!Hey just coz we dont get excited about the ranges of sausages here!

Liam and Kara have enjoyed trips to the park or the outdoor pool. Aldi or Lidl hold limited interest after we pass the chocolate aisle! Kara especially expresses how much she misses home, her best friends Colin and Lewis and her Granny but just seems to get on with it. Weve had a few thunderstorms and some hot, sunny weather2. Kara asks me if its raining at home and then says aww poor Lewis wish he could come to Germany. One day she asked if she could bring her house to Germany. Wee pet! She seems more settled than Liam in terms of behaviour probably coz shes expressing her feelings more? I think Liam is excited about getting on the ship but is not so happy in the limbo phase. We are not alone theres quite a team all in the same boat waiting and trusting Logos Hope will arrive in Bremerhaven in September for us to join.
